Each year I carefully prepare your travel horoscope based on a unique, proprietary, completely-scientific blend of astrology, looking into a crystal ball, reading random people’s palms, examining my matcha mug after I finish drinking it, and making stuff up. And now I’m back with your 2025 travel horoscope.
This year, you’ll find your 2025 travel horoscope contains a mix of new destinations and a few old favorites. I’ve written about many of these destinations already, but a few are new to both me and you! I’ll talk about your travel style, what you should avoid during your trips, and exactly why my chosen destination is perfect for your zodiac sign. This year, I want every Aries traveler to take an adventurous island trip. Ideally, you’ll learn to scuba dive (if you’re not already certified), or at the very least you’ll get out there for some great snorkeling! A few of my favorite scuba diving destinations include:
- Roatan, Honduras – This is where I learned to scuba dive, right off the sandy beaches of West End.
- The Gili Islands – I spent most of my time on Gili Air, which is an easy boat trip from the other Gili Islands, Lombok and Bali.
- South Africa – For maximum adventure, visit South Africa during the annual sardine run (typically from May to July) when billions of sardines swim past the coastline… and predators come out to eat them. 🦈
Taurus 2025 Travel Horoscope

The Best Destination for Gemini in 2025: Budapest, Hungary
Whenever I think about the city with the nicest people I’ve ever met, I think about Budapest, Hungary! I arrived in Budapest at 4:00 in the morning with no local currency to my name, but several kind people quickly helped me purchase a subway ticket to the city center. As I exited the station a young man approached me and said, “Would you like me to walk you to your hotel?” and the rest of my visit was just as welcoming and friendly – a far cry from the reception tourists are receiving in some other European cities!
There’s lots for Gemini travelers to do in Budapest, from cruising down the river in front of the Parliament Buildings to taking in the views from Fisherman’s Bastion. Budapest is also well-connected to other cities in Central and Eastern Europe, meaning you can easily make it part of a longer Eastern Europe itinerary.
Cancer 2025 Travel Horoscope
All About Cancer: Cancers are intuitive, nurturing, and deeply connected to their emotions. Home is where your heart is, but travel allows you to return home with new perspectives and experiences that make home feel even more meaningful.

In 2025, Cancer travelers should visit Vancouver, BC, Canada. Canada’s third-largest city is located on the shores of the Pacific Ocean, and with the spectacular North Shore Mountains just behind the city it’s possible to go from the ski hill to the beach on the same day!
Vancouver is the perfect destination for Cancer travelers because it has a sense of familiarity for many people, thanks to its Indigenous and British Colonial history, its diverse population of immigrants from around the world, and its welcoming Canadian culture. While you’re in Vancouver be sure to check out some of the surrounding towns, including waterfront New Westminster (shown above) and seaside Steveson.
Leo 2025 Travel Horoscope
All About Leo: Leos are bold and charismatic. Travel for you is all about making memories that are as grand and vibrant as your personality.

The Best Destination for Leo in 2025: Armenia
Leo, this is your year to visit Armenia! People have been talking about Georgia for years, but for some reason neighboring Armenia just hasn’t received the same level of attention. That makes it perfect for Leos who are looking for selfies in iconic destinations (for example, at the cliffside church at the end of the world’s longest passenger cable car in Tatev), or who want to have Big Nights Out on a small budget (in that case, the capital city Yerevan will be perfect).
When planning your itinerary take note that due to ongoing conflicts it’s not possible to enter Armenia from Azerbaijan. If you want to visit both countries (or add Georgia to your itinerary) then be sure to leave Azerbaijan for last (and fly home from there).
Virgo 2025 Travel Horoscope
All About Virgo: Virgo is practical, detail-oriented, and reliable. You enjoy researching and planning trips, and are happy to take the lead when traveling with others.

The Best Destination for Virgo in 2025: Berlin, Germany
Berlin is one of the few cities that I could visit again and again without getting bored (in fact, I might see you there in August 2024, Virgos!). It’s also my pick for Virgo travelers because it offers the perfect combination of German efficiency and Berliner chill.
You can expect the buses and trains to run on time, your hotel to be meticulously clean and the people around you to be busy minding their own business. However, when you have space in your Berlin sightseeing schedule, you can also make like the locals and head to Mauerpark for an afternoon al fresco, to Vabali Spa for the most relaxing saunas you can imagine, or a traditional biergarten for a cold brew.
Libra 2025 Travel Horoscope
All About Libra: Libras are social, charming, and deeply in tune with beauty and harmony. You’re drawn to places that are visually pleasing and thrive on creating balance between exploration and relaxation during your travels.

No matter where you turn in Lisbon you’ll find yourself face-to-face with something beautiful, from the ornate black-and-white sidewalks to the famous blue tiles to the historic yellow trams that really do still choo-choo across the city. And although Portugal isn’t as cheap as it once was, it still offers great value compared to nearby Spain or France.

Home to hundreds of species of animals, the fourth-largest island on the planet is an adventure traveler’s dream come true. I can’t wait to snorkel off the white-sand beaches, get lost among the giant baobab trees and get immersed in the unique Malagasy culture. Oh, and meet a lemur, of course!
Capricorn 2025 Travel Horoscope

You are going to love visiting Northern Scandinavia in the winter, where you’ll have the once-in-a-lifetime chance to see the breathtaking Northern Lights!
Although I’ve lived in North-Central Canada for more than a decade, I had never seen the aurora borealis before 2024, and I have to say it changed my life. I’ve never felt so connected to the universe, and I’ve never had more appreciation for the natural world, than I did while I stood, shivering in a field in the dark, looking with awe at the sky above me.
Of course, you can have a much more comfortable experience than me! Consisting of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, the Golden Triangle can be toured in a way that is authentic and personal. Splurge on a private driver between each city, and add in time for extra stops like the spectacular Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, where migratory birds flock each winter. Visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise to avoid the crowds, and find a yoga retreat where you can spend a few days reconnecting with your body and spirit.
